Multiple DL's in Alert Notification Service

Hello,

Currently we are using ANS for sending technical alerts. Below mentioned are the requirements:

1. We have a requirement to send business alerts as well in case of any data related issues which got failed while processing. Can we use multiple DL's ANS email configurations to send emails? & Can we route based on the error we've received?
2. We will also receive a response back from receiver system, based on the response status code we need to send email alerts to business teams. Can we utilize ANS to send alerts?

Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Hello, Venkat,

On your first question, yes -- you can send to multiple DLs and route based on certain conditions. Each DL should be a separate action and each action could be added into one or multiple subscriptions. Based on your needs, you could couple different actions with different conditions.
