Nee help purchasing Crystal Licenses

Hello,

I need to purchase some licenses for a tax-exempt public school district. I have had a support case open withe SAP store for 20 days and have received zero responses. I called SAP, and was told Crystal is not covered by phone support and to try the community. Does anyone have any advice on who to contact?

1. Direct link with credit card.
