Print Multiple Copies and Staple Configurations

Dear SAP Community Members,

Can someone please recommend the configurations for the following setup:

We currently have a printer on S4 printing 3 copies. We have now acquired a printer with the auto staple feature and would like to set that up in a way that it prints 3 copies and staples them. I would really appreciate if you can please share the most recommended and tested configurations that we can use!

Hi Wajeeh,

as you did not provide the model you bought I hope you can find a proper device-type.

Afterwards have a look at https://userapps.support.sap.com/sap/support/knowledge/en/2825343 to configure the staple function. Should not be a big thing. When using Adobe-Forms you are also able to send it within your spool request on a programmable basis..

Magic words to search for is "Print Tickets".

Thanks for your response. 

The printer is a Kyocera Taskalfa TA3554ci. 

As per SAP Note 2825343, the staple option is enabled (Image attached) but still not working. 

Expert advise needed please!

did you add the printticket or how do yousend the staple function.. if you use the popuptoprintadocument you can activate it.. may you share a screen of that please
