Prompt Input Getting #Error When Displayed in Report

I have a report for a client that needs to display dates that are derived from a prompt.

The variable to be displayed is: FormatDate(ToDate(UserResponse("Start Date");"dd/MM/yyyy hh:mm:ss");"M/d/yyyy")

When I view the report, the date is displayed correctly. When my client views the report, it is showing #Error. 

A few more notes:

• I am located in US East Time zone
• The client is US Central Time
• I have logged in as the client while located both in East and Central time zones and there is no error when I view the report
• I am on SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform 4.2 Support Pack 8 Patch 7

Check the Regional settings or each or your computers. Are your client's date format settings the same are yours?
