Publish restriction - SAC

Hi

I have never encounter this so I believe that I miss something
I have a user who has a planning standard license, is connected to a planning standard role, and the role has "full access" on the relevant model.

My Model and dimensions have no restriction of data access.

however she get an error when trying to publish data saying that she's not authorized to publish

how can I find where it's coming from?
