SAC API calls

Hello,

In SAC How to call and host API to get list of users , groups & team etc

I followed matthew.shaw blog to get the list of users using POSTMAN .

But the same i wanted to achieve within SAC is it possible , In which place we can call API and run in SAC. Pl. suggest the options & steps to call inside SAC and the scheduling options ( if available ) to run this API .

Is there any Limitations of API calls within SAC.
