SAC_REPSYNC job error

Hi All,
Rep sync job gives the below error for SAC. Could you please suggest on this
log:
Error occurred during group sync: Service call return code : 500
Error occurred during user sync: Service call return code : 500

Note: proxy system, BTP destination and Application are set up as per integration guide at SAP help library
