Hi,
I've been waiting for the SAC trial account activation email since last Saturday and I've no reply yet!
I previously experienced this issue two times but I got my activation in 24 hours.
I've already changed my password, and junk, trash folders are clean!
When I'd like logon with my new password, I'm having ' You have not registered for SAP Analytics Cloud. Would you like to register now?' notification and page redirect me https://www.sapanalytics.cloud/try-for-free/ page.
I provided multiple different email addresses to understand the issue; however, those emails also haven't received an activation code yet.
Any help would be appreciated.

Please make sure that you are able to receive emails from the domains listed in this article: https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/2527607 and try to register again.
If still no success, lease submit a support incident for LOD-ANA-ADM, we would like to investigate further.

Are all multiple different e-mails are business e-mails? Public providers are not supported.

Public mails are rejecting by system default like Gmail etc.
I tried different two different enterprise domain emails and no activation reply yet.
