Sales order flexible workflow and work item without details

Hi experts I have implemented a new sales order flexible workflow and work item for task approval comes without details in my inbox fiori app but with rework task it comes with order details.

What is the reason for this issue and how can I solve it?

Hi  Ahmed,

Check transacions  SWFVISU (SAP) and SWFVMD1 (Customer) for the tasks of the workflow scenario, as you remark for the rework task works.

Hi Ahmed, I suppose you are using workflow WS02000006, where release is link with task TS02000036 and rework with task TS02000037
