SAP Analytics Cloud - e-mail notifications

Hello dear experts,

Let me kindly ask you, if it is possible to configure e-mail notifications within SAC? Example (with live data connection a user could receive an e-mail notification in case any number within the story or dashboard would exceed or fall down a certain threshhold...

Hi Alex,

It would indeed be a great feature to have in stories without having by build an Analytic application. Perhaps you can vote on this improvement request what has been raised a while ago:

Hi Alex,

Elaborating on William's email using Analytics Designer

This functionality is available as per the Release schedule Q2-2020 https://www.sapanalytics.cloud/product_updates/release-q2-2020/

We are on Version 2020.13.2 and we have this enabled. This can be done using Application.sendNotification()

This will need to be done via Analytics Designer Application.
