SAP Asset manager 2010 app crashing when trying to add attachments and sync

Hi Experts,

We are using the Asset Manager 2010 with MDK 5.2.3 version and a custom addon to the standard app that we have built. But recently we have been getting issues during the below functionalities.

1. When we try to take a picture and click ok, the app crashes and goes to the home screen.

2. When we try to sync, and if the data to be uploaded is large, the app crashes again.

This happens in the Tablet and in the Andriod simulator as well. Is there any reason for this to happen? Especially the attachment functionality keeps on crashing in the standard app and we cannot add any documents.

Furthermore, is there a minimum requirement for Tablets in terms of the RAM, storage, etc for the standard asset manager to run without any issues?

Unfortunately, we could not find any solution. But we obtained Lenovo and Realme tabs and in those, the app did not crash. The crashes only happened in Samsung tabs for us.

We could not resolve this issue. As we moved to Lenovo and Realme, we did not face this issue again.

We are facing similar (app crashes) issue SAM 2110 with Samsung Tabs.

Tabs log already submitted / shared with SAP support team.

Awaiting urgent help from SAP support .
