SAP B1 mobile app approvals are not showing in List

Dear Expert,

In SAP B1 mobile app approvals are not showing in List. It is showing No data.

Following is the error message.

com.sap.b1i.xcellerator.XcelleratorException: XCE001 Nested exception: com.sap.b1i.bizprocessor.BizProcException: BPE001 Nested exception: com.sap.b1i.xcellerator.XcelleratorException: XCE001 Nested exception: com.sap.b1i.xcellerator.RejectedException: XCE208 Resource is busy B1Server|company ="Company Name"

The same functionality is working fine for another database on the same server.

Hi Krish_SAP

For the error message XCE208 Resource is busy, please refer to the SAP Note 2130388 and 2173318. Please deploy multiple DI proxy instances or DI proxy group and observe if the issue still appears.

Also follow below steps:

1) Go to drive C:\Program Files\SAP\SAP Business One Integration\B1iServer\tomcat\bin\tomcat8w.exe,

2) Double-click the tomcat8w.exe

3) In SAP Business One Integration Service Properties, select the Java  tab, and increase the Maximum memory pool amount as follows:

 increase the Maximum memory pool amount for Tomcat to 8192  or a larger number

4) Restart SAP Business One Integration Service.

Check issue again after this.
