SAP BAS Fiori - unable to open Project Templates

Hi Experts,

I have enabled my SAP BTP Trial account and created a Dev Space for Fiori applications in BAS.

But when in BAS workspace, I am trying to create a project from the templates, it is opening up a blank page!

Please note that, I have not connecting the app to any database.

My thought was, if I create the Dev Space, the sample project templates would be displayed and ready to be worked upon.

Please find attached the corresponding screen shots.

Please help me out to get the project templates so that I can go ahead with my learning tutorials.

Can you click on that small icon - right top in your second screenshot? Do you see any errors after clicking it?

What browser do you use? It happens in Firefox from time to time. Refreshing the browser solves this.

If this still happens - Please open the browser's Developer tools, refresh the browser and share the output of the console and network tabs.
