An SAP BO 4.3 SP3 Patch 600 was installed on a Windows 2019 server.
The contents were imported from an SAP BO 4.1.
Currently, WebI reports can be scheduled if the result is stored in the owner's directory. If the result is to be stored in the file system in a defined directory or on a network share for which access exists, the file storage fails with the error message
destination file error. [CrystalEnterprise.DiskUnmanaged]: [{1}]
fails.
A Destination_AllowList.txt file was created in the <INSTALLDIR>\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\win64_x64\config directoryThe notes from SAP Note 2477817 were observed. How can the file be stored?Hi Dell,
We have changed the account for the start of the SIA to a domain account. The domain account was given the necessary administrative rights.
Unfortunately, this did nothing for the scheduling. Scheduling still terminates with the same error. I ran the tests again first against a local directory C:\Temp and then against a network directory.
