SAP BO 4.3 SP 3 Scheduling to File System fails

An SAP BO 4.3 SP3 Patch 600 was installed on a Windows 2019 server.

The contents were imported from an SAP BO 4.1.

Currently, WebI reports can be scheduled if the result is stored in the owner's directory. If the result is to be stored in the file system in a defined directory or on a network share for which access exists, the file storage fails with the error message

destination file error. [CrystalEnterprise.DiskUnmanaged]: [{1}]

fails.

A Destination_AllowList.txt file was created in the <INSTALLDIR>\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\win64_x64\config directoryThe notes from SAP Note 2477817 were observed.How can the file be stored?

Are you saying you have a Destination_AllowList.txt file in <INSTALLDIR>\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\win64_x64\config? If so, what does it contain? It needs to have the base paths of all the network locations to which you are trying to export files.

Yes, all directories in which the BO is allowed to store the result files are entered in this file. As far as I have now understood the documentation, this file is now necessary in SAP BO 4.3 SP 3

Hi Dell,

We have changed the account for the start of the SIA to a domain account. The domain account was given the necessary administrative rights.

Unfortunately, this did nothing for the scheduling. Scheduling still terminates with the same error. I ran the tests again first against a local directory C:\Temp and then against a network directory.
