SAP Build Process Automation Control Tower Tiles are not loading

Hi Experts,

In SAP Build Process Automation control tower tiles are not loading cause of this I'm unable to register any new agent to the environment, Trigger adding and etc.. I checked in various browsers and various systems as well still the issue is persist. Kindly guide us to resolve this issue. Adding screenshot for your reference.
