SAP Build Store - Add of pre-built package "Manage Sales Order" does not work

Hello,

I'm trying to add a Live Process "Manage Sales Order" from the SAP Build store, but I'm getting this general error message. Same for many other packages. Any ideas on how to anaylze the error or to find out what to do about it?

Hello Christopher,

All workflow-based content packages have a setup guide. Please ensure that you have followed all the pre-requisites mentioned in the guide before importing the content. If still you get the issue, then raise a ticket on LOD-BPM-BPC component.

Hi archana.shukla ,

I just wanted to ask where I can find the setup guide and I double checked on my Trial account. Surprisingly the information in the store are different there (left side) and I see the Setup Guide. On the right side you can see why I asked this question 🙂
