SAP Cloud Integration Tools - Operations for SAP Cloud Integration

In eclipse 2022-6 i am not able to install only Operations for SAP CLoud Integration

I tried in oxygen, it is giving exception when going to tools.hana.ondemand.com/oxygen.

Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could not be found.

Software being installed: Operations for SAP Cloud Integration 2.51.0 (com.sap.it.op.cockpit.ui.feature.feature.group 2.51.0)

Missing requirement: SAP Command Framework - HTTPcommunication (apache) 1.56.0 (com.sap.it.commons.command.http.apacheclient 1.56.0) requires 'java.package; org.apache.http.auth [4.1.0,4.5.0)' but it could not be found

Cannot satisfy dependency:

From: SAP Integration Technology Commons Eclipse Base 1.26.0 (com.sap.it.commons.command.base.feature.feature.group 1.26.0)

To: org.eclipse.equinox.p2.iu; com.sap.it.commons.command.http.apacheclient [1.56.0,1.56.0]

From: SAP Integration Operations Base API 2.51.0 (com.sap.it.op.base.feature.feature.group 2.51.0)

To: org.eclipse.equinox.p2.iu; com.sap.it.commons.command.base.feature.feature.group [1.26.0,1.26.0]

i am still facing same issue with eclipse oxygen please let me know if any body found the solution

i have also used Eclipse NEO Version and gets connected but i dont found Integration Adaptor when i am trying to deploy Advantco-SFO adaptor image attached
