Hi,

Does anyone facing an issue with CPI tenants that IP range should be whitelisted post the scheduled maintenance of SAP cloud platform11th October 2020 "US West (Chandler) [neo-us2] Planned Network Maintenance of SAP cloud platform" i

Maintenance update link - "https://sapcp.statuspage.io/incidents/6x48zdlcspnr."

I could see the IP ranges of the neo-us2 server were the same and whitelisted as before still, we ended up whitelisting the Ip ranges at the connected application.

Attached the screenshot with the IP detail- capture-neo.png.

What are the things actually changed with this update to the CPI tenants, because the same IP ranges were configured before and whitelisted at SuccessFactors end to consume Odata APIs but since the maintenance update the connections were not working and we have whitelisted again today to make it work?

Thanks,
Naveen

Hi Naveen,

In Chandler US2 (DC4) there has been a change in the outbound IP ranges this weekend. This has been communicated to the customers in September and also has been reflected for a long time in: https://help.sap.com/viewer/ea72206b834e4ace9cd834feed6c0e09/Cloud/en-US/d722f7cea9ec408b85db4c3dcba...

However the change has been made this weekend. Please whitelist IP range above and issue should be resolved.

BR,

Robson.
