SAP CPI - KAFKA Integration with On-Premise Kafka and Private Cloud Kafka

Hi Scholars,

Greetings!!

We in our project have a requirement of integrating S4 HANA and KAFKA.

We know that KAFKA is hosted on a private cloud and also another instance on the On Premise.

As far as I have read that on premise integration of KAFKA with CPI has limitation (and is not possible).

I am keen on knowing how would KAFKA CPI integration would work if KAFKA is hosted on private cloud.

I would really appreciate, if you would like to weigh in and provide a guiding light.

PS : Would it affect if change the integration agent from CPI to SAP Business Application Studio ??
