SM21 showing below logs and reported that IDOCs are failing. just checking any one faced this issue?

Please note, I did review some of the notes including 2333686 - Transaction Canceled DB 612 error for workflow jobs in SM21 but no luck. HANA DB version 2.0 Rev 72. Attached error screenshot as well. Please help.

Transaction Canceled DB 612 error

The transaction has been terminated. This may be caused by a

termination message from the application (MESSAGE Axxx) or by an

error detected by the SAP System due to which it makes no sense to

proceed with the transaction. The actual reason for the termination

is indicated by the T100 message and the parameters.

Greetings to you. Yes issue was fixed after clearing sql cache on Database. Thank you.

Incident was closed too.
