SAP Intelligent RPA - Problems with Automations using SAP UI5

Hello everybody!

I am currently having problems creating automations using an application based on UI5 (SAP Subscription Billing).

Capturing the page works without problems. All elements are also recognised in the application test. Only the execution of the automation fails.

From time to time, the Desktop/Cloud Agent can perform the automation steps. However, when trying several times, the bot does not interact with the page after starting the application (Timeout waiting). So far I have not been able to see a pattern of when the automation works and when it doesn't.

I tired:

1) using the "Start Application"

2) using the "Start Web Page"

3) Starting the automation with the page already opened

Do you have any ideas what the problem could be? If you are missing information to answer the question, I will be happy to provide it!

Can you provide more information about the automation ? What is the step after your start the application/page ? etc.

sorry for the late response. I have not seen your comment.

I tried different steps after opening the application/page. For example:
- Exist Element (the one i want to click)

- Click Element

- Wait Ready

- ...

In the picture below you can see the process. When I open the Application/Web manually the bot will execute the steps.

If I add a start application the bot will stop after opening the webpage.

The steps the bot is executing:

1 - 4) click on Button "Filter"

5 - 9) activate an additional Filter by checking a checkbox

10 - 13) set the number of a businesspartner in the now visible search box

14-15) click on "search"

16 ...) click on the found business partner
