Hi Experts,
SAP IRPA Desktop Agent shows "Connection has been lost" when I connect my system to VPN, whereas without VPN it connects successfully with the cloud factory. ( Adding below the screenshots of events traces & agent showing "connection has been lost" error)
I have tried most of the below options fixing the issue
1. Re-install upgarded versions of Desktop agent
2. uninstall & re-install the agent
3. Change the proxy settings as mentioned in this Question
4. Adding tenants multiple times to get the register window for username & password.
5. Also followed the note 2843113
