SAP iRPA - Read Word Document in SAP iRPA2.0

Hi All,

I have a requirement to read the some of the fields and values from Word document and put/paste it in Web page. Could you kindly provide me with some inputs on how to read word document in SAP iRPA v2.0, I cannot find read activities in word sdk.

Hi mohanadevi.n,

There is a read activity in Word SDK, that is

Find Text (Word)

Using this you can find the word by entering the word directly.

I used the activities to fid some text in a word and replaces it with some other text and saved it as a PDF. Please refer the steps to get an idea.

If you want more precise data, better to use document extraction SDK as well.
