SAP iRPA : SAP screen capture not working

Hi,

I captured the SAP Logon 760 screen using SAP.GUI, but is not working. I have already enabled the user script on sap, and sapGui too. I have already installed the mandatory components described in the sap (https://help.sap.com/viewer/6b9c8e86a0be43539b670de962834562/Cloud/en-US/86efbd6b0c2e4de2ab36bb597d5...) link, I have also installed the most current version of the desktop studio 2.0.5.69 and I still can't get the screen. For the sapLogon screen, I normally managed to obtain only the screen of any transaction, be it customized or standard.

Does anyone have any idea what I still need to adjust on the machine or any component that is missing the installation?

Hey Wilson,

try to capture SapLogOn as UI Automation. Here a link to Peter Engels guide:

thanks for your reply. But the UiAutomation is just for screen of sapLogon, in this case this screen is correctly capture. My problem is precisely when I access the sap in any transaction.

Hi Wilson,

Even if you enable the scripting on both "Client" and "Server" side, sometimes it's not enough.

Could you please share a screenshot of the GUI application itself please ? There is a way to see this issue on the application interface.

We solved this point by changing the configuration on the sap server(user script) again to false and then to true.
