We developed an unattendet bot to run on a VM Windows 10 desktop. Agent desktop version is 2.0.31.59.
This bot access an WEB application and colletct some data, when through RDP the VM desktop windows screen is active, everything runs fine, but when the screen is not active, we get some errors, like:
Broker Process: Unable to find first Chrome legacy window.
After a while.
Bot runs ok in attended mode.
The error occurs only when RDP is not showing/active the remote VM WIndows Screen.
The procedure to register the user in the agent service .
Any clue?
