SAP PO 7.4 REST Receiver Adapter Connection reset

Hi,

REST Receiver communication channel frequently throws connection reset exception while used in a look up functionality.When a channel stopped and started then it is working fine for some time where it again goes through connection reset exception. I checked the API outside using Postman where I see API is available. Can you guide me on this? Is this due to number of threads assigned to REST Adapter or SSL Handshake causes this issue? Appreciate your quick response on this.

I am facing a similar problem where the ping channel is giving me a 'connection reset' issue.

Kindly let me know how did you fix this issue?

Hi ,

it may be because of intermittent connection for rest service .

i doubt on problem relates to number of threads assigned to it, since you are getting exeption from rest service.

if it relates to number of threads then generally it goes on schdeuled status .
