SAP Web IDE Full-Stack missing run configurations

Hello,

Anyone else experiencing that "run configurations" for ui5 projects are no longer working for SAP Web IDE Full-Stack?

All I get is this empty dialog box and the + button does nothing. Its been like this for the past few days.
