SAPUI5 application was not uploaded or registered successfully in SAP Business Application Studio

Hi,

In BTP cockpit trial, in SAP Business Application Studio while deploying an custom app I am facing an issue. Enclosed please find as an attachment the error screen shot. Please guide me how to resolve the issue.
