In the system there are canceled invoices, and on those invoices there is a cancellation document for some reason that cancellation document was not posted, the problem is that this value affects the client's credit balance.
In this situation, the following problematic system behavior may occur: Fields in Sales Order Management dialogues will be open for data input even though the status of follow-on documents would no longer allow this data input.
We have to take into account that this document is from 2015 and that my system is SAP R/3.
Please, if you could mhelp me solve a problem in the document flow.
