Send Response when using API to Trigger a process in BPA

Good day, Experts!

I would like to ask if there is a way to send a response when the API Trigger is being called in Build Process Automation. I tried adding an output parameter to my Workflow Process, but the output is not being sent. The only response that I receive is the screenshot below.

Add email notification in your workflow to trigger once workflow is started RUNNING.

Thank you for your comment. I would like to ask if it is possible to send a response when a Workflow is triggered by an API. If there aren't, then I will just use Forms or Email Notification.

May I ask what you mean by adding a condition to my workflow? I have added an output to my workflow and that output is not being sent as a response when the API is called.
