Server intelligence agent(SIA) is miissing from CMS, Upgrade Windows Server from 2012 to 2016

Hi team,

I am using Business Object BI version 4.2 SP3, I had Windows server 2012 now i have upgrade this version to 2016 Windows server. Now When i am open the Central management server , SIA is missing from this.

Please suggest me what should i do.

Hi Onkar,

I have referring the same and created the new SIA using recreate option . But now no server inside the SIA is able to enabled, all the server are disabled.

Some question :

1. From where would i get the cluster key, i am using any random key now.

2. If before upgrade , i will export the SIA as biar file, would it work after upgrade if i use this file as restore the server configuration
