Internal session terminated with run time error Short Dump:DBIF_RSQL_SQL_ERROR; Exception :CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DB in source ststem ECC while extracting the data to BW with Delta Infopackage.

I have tried to load manually but its showing the same.

please help me on this.

Did you check, what the related work processes trace give for a detailed error message?

This happen because there is no free memory. Please ask Basis for this table

You cannot possibly know that. It could be a heap of other things.
