Signavio - Process Manager - Diagrams disappeared automatically after we did an import from SGX File

Hi Team

We needed to copy a folder structure with process diagrams to another Folder , but Signavio does not have COPY Folder option , So I did a SGX export of folder and imported same in destination folder. The diagrams got placed with folder structure but we found many diagrams went missing from other folders ( around 100+) . We do not see any history or audit log report which could track / explain the cause of deletion .

Do you know if there is any tracking report ? Is there any feature to recover/ Restore the missing diagrams ?

This looks like something that the Signavio Support team will need to investigate. Please raise a ticket in the "SAP for Me" portal for Signavio Support and the team will look into this for you.
