Dear my friends,
For incidents with the status 'send to SAP', when there is a something change or a comment, the system does not send email notifications to the SENDER, while other incidents continue to receive notifications as usual. All incidents have already been clicked on the 'add to watchlist' button.
Is there any way to fix this for incidents with the 'send to SAP' status?
I want any incident, when there is a comment or change, to receive an email notification to the SENDER.

Thankyou so much for your respond.
It's not my answer finding. My system still send emails normally. My mean some incident are not send email notification when they are change. I have just add new picture in question.
