Source : Scoping - Processes or Scopes?

We noticed there are several Roadmap Tasks which show up as Source : Scoping. They seem to involve Scheduling the Fit-to-Standard Workshops, Conducting the Fit-to-Standard Workshops, Review and Approve Requirements, etc. All valid Tasks.

Just curious where they are coming from? Is it when you add a Process via the Processes App? Or when you add a Scope? We are trying to reconcile the number of Tasks. How did we come up with 24 Total? Number of Processes or number of Scopes?

Hi Brad,

they are generated when you create a scope. we will get rid of them once we get more product specific roadmap tasks. you can also just search for them and set them to obsolete if you don't need them. the idea was, that they need to be performed per each scope as a reminder.

As Sinje said, these tasks are generated in CALM for each scope. They may be redundant if you are re-using SAP Activate content and creating sub-tasks that cover fit-to-standard preparation, workshop delivery, and design activities. In such case, it would make sense to mark these as "Not relevant" and that should remove them from your view if you filter them out.
