Successfactors LMS RPA Unable to detect page (IFrame)

Hi RPA Experts,

I'm working on a PoC to create learning events using RPA on Successfactors LMS(Learning Management System).

Currently the bot is stuck on the following page below(attached) :

The bot is unable to detect the page.

My guess is due to the age consist of several frames/iframe.

Kindly help us on how to solve this.

Hi Chaitanya,

I'm attaching the screenshot.

The first screen shot is the screen.

The second screen shot is in the desktop studio.

I cannot click the add new button
