text truncated at 635 characters (Conversational AI)

Hi,

the chatbot will truncate the response when the sum of the characters of the question and its answer is more than 635 characters. Is there a way around this? At upload, the file restrictions is 500 char. per questions and 2000 char. per answer. Shoudn't the chatbot allow for 2500 char. in total? Thanks.

Hi,

Our messages are truncated automatically when total characters are more than 635. I suggest to separate your questions to have smaller answers.
Also, if you integrate your bot with a channel the message can be display correctly, this rule is only on our chat console 🙂
