TLS Migration in SAP Cloud Platform NEO

Hi,

We were notified that support for TLS V 1.0 and 1.1 will be discontinued from 30 June, 2020 for all the Cloud Platform accounts. On further investigating we came to know that there are regions which does supports only TLS 1.2 version alone. Is there a way we can identify which regions does support TLS V 1.2 alone?

I would suggest you raise an incident via the SAP Service Marketplace if you can't find it in the documentation.

Hi,

the regions and scenarios with already disabled TLS 1.0 and 1.1 as of today are as follows:

• US4 - disabled
• EU2 – disabled for all use cases, except for some CPI customers
• EU3 – disabled on the default domain used for Java and HANA based apps and systems; enabled for CPI and HTML5 apps
