Trigger DESADV Outbound IDOC after transfer order confirmation

Dear all,

we send ASN to customer via DESADV IDoc. Problem is, that currently the warehouse colleagues needs to c open the delivery via VL02N and close it again to trigger DESADV AFTER transfer order is confirmed completely. We cannot trigger DESADV via GI, as customer is sitting next to company and GI is posted after truck is loaded, so that is too late.
How can I trigger DESADV automatically, after warehouse finished picking and confirm the transfer order completely?

My idea is:
- running batch job and check TO status > do not like this as it does not happen every day

Any ideas appreciated,

Depends on how you confirm the TO, but some things to consider:

• check note 393096 and check settings in VL10CUC in case you use idocs
• make use of user exit EXIT_SAPLL03T_002
• use an appropriate output requirement (VOFM)
