Unable to connect CAP Project To On-Premise

Hello,

I'm trying to connect a CAP Project app to an on Premise ABAP system using Cloud Connector but I get the following error:

Checking the application logs I have the following error:

Service Unavailable - Error during request to remote service: Request failed with status code 503

• Cloud connector is running and shows no errors

• my destination pointing to the on Prem service works in BTP and is binded to my app

• connectivity service also binded

• service.js

• package.json

• service is active in SICF

Any ideas why this is happening?

Where do you develop, in Business App Studio or on your local machine with VS Code?

I have just got this working myself. A couple of questions:

1. Have you deployed the app to cloud foundry and tested the service from there?

2. Have you added the client number to the destination?
