Unable to connect to managed systems on SAP Lama 3.0 SP13, EE (preconfigured solution)

Hello Experts,

We are tying to connect to the managed systems that are connected to the lama instance we got.

However we are unable to connect to them.

We managed to connected to the Lama instance SAP and OS, but not to the managed systems. Not sure if we are missing something.

please suggest.
