Unable to open the Dev space in SAP Business Application Studio

HI Experts,

I am unable to open my Dev Space in SAP Business Application Studio. It keeps to be in STARTING state for Long time. I am not able to open it. Please suggest a way to make it up and running.

Please try to stop and Re-run it.
If it continue, please supply the BAS region/url you are using and the Devspace ID

I tried to stop and run the dev space again but still it remains in the "Starting" state.

Region : Europe (Frankfurt)
