Unable to receive SAP Analytics Cloud free trial activation email.

Hello Everyone,

Some of my team members are unable to receive the action emails for the free trial that SAC offers. I was able to get the email seamlessly when I had registered about an year ago. I was able to find the below resolution from SAP however, even this workaround does not work.

https://www.sapanalytics.cloud/resources-troubleshoot-activation-emails/

The emails do not land up in the spam or junk folders. Is this a known issue and has someone been able to find a workaround for the same?

I have the same issue. I also found the same suggested workaround which did not do the trick for me either. I´d be interested to see if someone has a solutions to this.

Hi Everyone,

Further on, I had a lengthy email conversation with the email administrators in my organization. We did a thorough check on the email filters, as well as spam and junk folders both at the client and servers. However, it seems the emails do not get sent out from the SAP servers.

I am now at my wits end how to take this forward. Can anyone please advise?

That yoganandamuthaiah suggests:

• Registering at https://www.sapanalytics.cloud/try-for-free/
• Logging in or clicking "Forgot Password" at https://hanacloudservices-eu.accounts.ondemand.com/
• Checking your spam filters and junk folders
