Unable to subscribe to the service Integration suite in SAP BTP trial account

Hi,

As part of the learning course Developing with SAP Integration suite (https://learning.sap.com/learning-journey/developing-with-sap-integration-suite)

In the learning course in the lesson Setting up your environment (https://learning.sap.com/learning-journey/developing-with-sap-integration-suite/setting-up-your-envi...) Step 1-d.

I try to subscribe the service "integration suite".

Even after 1 hour the status of the service always shows as "in progress".So I deleted the service ans tried subscribe to it once again .Now, even after 1 day, I am not able to subscribe to this service. I get the below error.

You can't subscribe to the service as decommissioning is in progress. Please try again after decommissioning is completed.Error Code: 400
Failing subscription request because de-provisioning is in progress for appPlan: [trial], tenantId: [eadf9b9e-d9ac-4401-ae60-8c785cb1b504], subdomain: [feeec894trial]

Please suggest me how to resolve this error.

Hi veerabhadram,

Sometimes there is maintenance going on with the trial landscape, so you may expect some disruption and instability with some of the services. On such cases you may try again in a couple of days to see if the service is normal again. Also, there are times when a trial account gets stuck at some task and you cannot go anywhere from there.

Since there is no official support for the trial landscape, you have to get support by some other means. Open the cockpit and click on the feedback button (the one at the right hand side) and enter the detailed information about how you got stuck.
