Web IDE does not load

I have since today encountered a problem when accessing the Web IDE https://webidecp-fiori.dispatcher.int.sap.hana.ondemand.com/

It is forever stuck on loading. I have cleared the cache, opened only one session, used ?settings=delete and all to no avail. I can attach here the stacktrace :

You should be able to access SAP Web IDE.

Please close your browser and try again. Seems to be a caching issue.
