WEBGUI - Unable to select menus / Transactions after logon

Hi,

I have the ITS/WEB GUI enabled on my SAP instance, However, once I'm logged on, nothing works! I can type in a transaction code but when I hit enter - nothing happens

None of the menus do anything when I click on them.

If I try expand the SAP Menu, nothing.

Has anyone seen this before? I have tried this in Google Chrome and Internet Explorer and both have the same issue.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

We have Screen Personas 3.0 installed on our system and I found a service called "personas3" hadn't been activated, after enableing this the webgui started working.
