Weekly maintenance activities by SAP in BTP

Keeping our core system clean is a motivating factor in using the SAP S/4HANA Cloud ABAP environment. But our concern is with what impact maintenance activities by SAP in BTP would do with keeping our S/4HANA system up 24/7. We do encounter downtime in our on-premise system, but it is something that we plan for and control.

Can some address this concern?

Thanks for the additional information on the maintenance schedule for the ABAP environment in BTP.

I was able to speak with someone from SAP at the recent ASUG Georgia chapter meeting who was able to address our concerns.

This is what he told me.

I have since learned that we have a public tenant and I have shared that with my direct reports.
