Hi Prasad,
SAP Cloud Transport Management (cTMS) itself always runs in (is subscribed from) a SAP BTP Cloud Foundry subaccount. However, you can manage transports in the Neo environment from this (central) Cloud Transport Management instance.
There are two major use cases for cTMS in the Neo environment:
- SAP Cloud Integration running on Neo (it can also run on CF), see this blog post
- Retrieve content with the Solution Export Wizard, partly covered in this blog post
In principle other use cases are also possible but would either require manual upload of the content to be transported into cTMS ('loose coupling') or self created automation, for example a CI/CD pipeline based on Project Piper.
