Report is loading message on SAP B1 web client

Dear Team,

I am trying to preview the layout from SAP B1 web client but i can see the message that report is loading but report is not opening or previewing. I waited for almost more that 1 hr but status remain same and even error is also not coming.

I am using SAP B1 v 10 SP 2311 on HANA

One possibility is that the reporting Service is failed because the Job Service is not binding to a valid 'Service Unit'.
Please try the below workaround :

1. Log into the database by SQL Server.
2. run the query:
SELECT [Id] From [SLDModel.SLDData].[dbo].[MailerServices]
3. Check the value of [MailerService_Id] in [SLDModel.SLDData].[dbo].[HostingUnits], if it has the same Id with the one you checked in step 2.

4. If no, this should be the reason why the crystal report failed in web client.

You can create an incident for SAP Business One Support Team under the component SBO-REP-CR to get it investigated.

Mention the SAP KBA 3409996 and link of this discussion while creating the incident.

You will not be able to access SAP KBA 3409996 as it is currently being updated.
