Reset/ Change Password through URL

Hi All,

We are developing few mobile applications. We are using ABAP SOAP services & front end as Java. Here we have provided functionality of resetting own password. For this I have used a standard method sc_request_password of class cl_hrrcf_m_pw_via_email. This works fine as it sends system defined initial password to registered email.

But when we try to Logon with the new password on custom develop mobile application it prompts incorrect credentials. But when same password used on SAP Portal it is redirecting to below screen for changing password.

Now questions are

1) Can we call the above screen from custom application and how ?

2) Is there any way that we can generate an URL and send over email which will redirect to above page.

if anyone is having any other solution please suggest.
